installation
two-step basic installation
the program will be accessible via /binarc (or /binarc.lua).
ultimately binarc will be part of the Dhillt Software Distribution which should make distributing binarc, using binarc and managing updates easier

(COMING SOON) via the dpak package manager for DSD
assuming dpak was installed and set up correctly, the program will be accessible via binarc. it should be stored in /pak/binarc.lua, and relevant files (such as package information and helper files) should be stored in /pak/binarc/.
dpak install binarc
dpak will automatically download and install binser if it isn't already installed.
