Remove the cumulative token cap: tasks no longer stop at 32k/100k/200k processed tokens. Token usage is now informational — the header shows the session total without a limit or budget warnings, and the /tier command and its Settings entry are retired. Context bounds, request deadlines, output limits, and the tool-loop round guard are unchanged. Historical events and checkpoints that recorded legacy budgets or token-budget failures still replay exactly.
