Patch release: clearer status for sessions configured on retired runtimes.

Fixed

Sessions configured before the provider-runtime simplification kept their
durable provider/model pair, so the header showed a model name while the
composer said only "Provider unavailable — /connect". The status now names the
retired runtime — for example "OpenCode (retired) — /connect" — so the remedy
is obvious. Unknown non-retired providers keep the previous wording.

Reassign a retired session through /connect; history and attribution stay
intact.
