This software, including all associated code, binaries, textures, models, sound
effects, graphics, and documentation (collectively, the "Software"), is protected
by international copyright laws, treaties, and intellectual property regulations.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE (PERSONAL USE ONLY)

The author (ReyzerMC) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited
license to download, install, and execute the Software strictly for personal,
non-commercial entertainment purposes, integrated within the client or server
environments of Minecraft.

2. RESTRICTIONS AND REDISTRIBUTION PROHIBITION

Under this agreement, you are strictly PROHIBITED from:

  a) REDISTRIBUTION: Re-uploading, mirroring, hosting, or distributing the
     Software, in whole or in part, on any external platform, repository,
     file-sharing site, launcher, or third-party website (including but not
     limited to 9minecraft, CurseForge mirrors, Modrinth, or custom launchers)
     without prior, written consent directly from ReyzerMC.

  b) MODIFICATION & DECOMPILATION: Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling,
     modifying, or creating derivative works based on the Software, or using
     any part of its code/assets in other projects, unless explicitly permitted
     by applicable law.

  c) COMMERCIAL USE: Selling, renting, leasing, monetizing, or incorporating
     the Software into any commercial product or paid modpack without explicit
     written permission.

3. MODPACKS AND INTEGRATION

Distribution within public modpacks is strictly prohibited unless the modpack
fetches the file directly from official distribution channels (such as official
CurseForge or Modrinth APIs) or unless express written authorization has been
granted by the author.

4. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS & TERMINATION

ReyzerMC reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this license.
Any violation of these terms automatically terminates your license to use the
Software and may subject you to enforcement actions under copyright law.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM
THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE.
