Updated Doxyfile using 'doxygen -u' to bring it up to date with the installed Doxygen version 1.9.8. The update removed 14 obsolete configuration tags that are no longer supported in the current version: - TCL_SUBST, SYMBOL_CACHE_SIZE, COLS_IN_ALPHA_INDEX - HTML_TIMESTAMP, FORMULA_TRANSPARENT, LATEX_SOURCE_CODE - XML_SCHEMA, XML_DTD, PERL_PATH, CLASS_DIAGRAMS, MSCGEN_PATH - DOT_FONTNAME, DOT_FONTSIZE, DOT_TRANSPARENT Documentation build tested and verified working with the updated configuration.
