@Rhythm-Sanghi Rhythm-Sanghi released this 09 Oct 11:08

Threadmark is a local codebase relationship explorer for Windows, with a desktop app and CLI sharing a Rust engine.

This is an unsigned prerelease. It has been tested locally on Windows 11 x64; trusted Windows signing and extended desktop performance testing remain outstanding.

Downloads

  • Threadmark_0.1.1_x64-setup.exe — current-user installer containing the desktop app, CLI, GPL license and dependency notices. WebView2 must already be installed; the installer does not download it.
  • Threadmark-0.1.1-cli-x64.zip — portable Windows x64 CLI, README, license and dependency notices.
  • Threadmark-0.1.1-source.zip — corresponding project source, documentation and screenshots.
  • SHA256SUMS.txt — hashes for the release files.
  • SIGNING-STATUS.txt — signing status for this build.

Features

  • Static JavaScript, TypeScript and Python indexing, search and source previews.
  • Dependency maps, paths, relationship evidence and reverse change impact.
  • Git baseline comparisons with evidence for removed symbols.
  • Related test discovery, Express routes, JSX references and file watching.
  • Light/dark themes, keyboard navigation, compact panes and full-name map lists.

Analysis runs locally without executing repository code. Static impact is not a runtime prediction or a test-coverage guarantee. Unresolved relationships are reported as diagnostics.

Verification

Local checks passed: 38 Rust tests, 17 frontend tests, lint, type checking, production frontend/native builds and Windows installer upgrade/uninstall/reinstall with user data preserved. Source changes after the native build only update documentation and screenshots.

See project status, release notes, and performance measurements for remaining limits. Linux/macOS and multi-hour desktop sessions have not been validated.

Licensed under GPL-3.0-or-later. Corresponding source and dependency notices are included in the downloads.
