Per-workspace Skill/MCP enablement, hardened.

  • Hero-only entry; ongoing conversations show nothing (config locks at conversation start)
  • Autosave: every dialog change persists immediately; save button removed
  • Dialog copy states the boundaries: new-conversation start only, /skill-name gesture unaffected
  • Focus trap, theme-aware switch, chip chrome aligned with the model-select trigger
  • Fixed: the skill catalog trim now runs outermost (prepend) in the pre-step waterfall, so tool-skill's appended full catalog is filtered too
  • Tests: 40 specs (host behavior + waterfall + scope math + client), coverage gate (85% lines), Windows CI matrix
  • Bilingual README with data-flow diagram, English AGENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING
