Initial release: per-workspace Skill/MCP enablement for DeepSeek Harness.

  • Per-workspace on/off for Skills and MCP servers, stored in .dsh-scope.json
  • Dialog with search, collapsible groups, per-row switches, enable/disable all
  • Session lock: config applies to new conversations only; the /skill gesture still works for excluded skills
  • Dual channel: static bundle routes + dynamic hot-test RPC
  • Bilingual README with a data-flow diagram, English AGENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING
  • Test suite (18 specs) and GitHub Actions CI
