Code-Codex v0.3.52 improves installation reliability and Codex UI integration.

• Repairs upgrades when a previously managed fallback desktop shortcut has disappeared, while preserving shortcut rollback state and showing the underlying diagnostic text when preparation fails.
• Makes file previews use the same translucent background mask as conversations, so enabled background effects remain visible while reading files.
• Places the Code-Codex menu after Codex's native menu entries across UI languages.
• Opens Preview Market at the currently enabled plugin for quicker access to its settings.
