Added tests for GetAcknowledge and GetAcknowledgeKeepsRevision methods in TestMidExtensions.

Updated GetAcceptCommand and GetDeclineCommand methods to use object initializers which was setting revision instead of the property itself.
Changed DataField construction to use the correct index parameter in BooleanDataFieldDefinitionAttribute.
Fixed UnixTimestampDataFieldAttribute to use the correct built in DataField (UnixTimestamp) instead of the default Timestamp field
