NHV 0.1.4 adds swipe paging, direct gallery navigation, and an inline search sort control.

Changes

  • Choose between tap and Photos-style swipe paging, with a theme-colored gap between pages. Keep reader images visible when switching apps.
  • Open galleries directly using a numeric id: query or a gallery URL. Optionally open links from the clipboard and clear the consumed content after navigation.
  • Preload favorites at startup and reuse the feed when opening the Favorites tab.
  • Show a funnel icon and the current sort inside the search field. Keep the field visible while the sort popover is open, and size the menu for complete localized text and checkmarks.
  • Keep Cancel blue in the Clear Cache and Sign Out confirmations, with destructive actions in red.
  • Include English, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese localization for the new controls.

Installation

Download NHV-0.1.4-unsigned.ipa from Assets below for iOS 17 or later. This is an unsigned Release build; import it through AltStore Classic → My Apps → + while AltServer is running to sign and install it with your own Apple Account. Free-account signing normally needs refreshing every seven days. AltStore installation has not been verified on a device for this IPA.

You can also build from source with Xcode 26 or later using your own signing team and bundle identifier. See the build instructions.

Validation

  • 64 NHVCore tests passed.
  • Release configuration built for iOS devices without code signing.
  • Simulator checks covered reader paging and image retention, clipboard handling, and search sort presentation and text layout.
  • Version 0.1.4 (build 4) installed and launched on an iPhone 17 Pro.
