This release is the audited X Layer grant build of Touchstone's evidence-backed
RWA policy and enforcement system.

Verified release evidence

• The release manifest was generated twice from the clean commit with identical bytes.
• GitHub Actions run 32517792979 completed successfully for this exact commit.
• Python 3.11 CI: 1,987 passed, 0 skipped.
• Managed local-chain E2E: 4 passed.
• Contract suite: 111 passed.
• TypeScript SDK: 15 passed.
• Mutation harness: 125/125 mutants killed.
• Canonical public-truth, generated-site, workflow-gate, and Ruff checks passed.

The release manifest's tests object records the single Python 3.11 CI run
(1,987 passed, 0 skipped) and the mutation run (125/125). Contract, SDK, and
managed E2E counts are listed separately here because release-manifest version 1
does not have distinct fields for those suites.

Release assets

• touchstone-c6908f0.tar.gz — deterministic source archive of the exact commit.
• project-state.json — independently generated canonical project state.
• release-manifest.json — deterministic release manifest binding the commit,
  dependencies, compiler settings, deployment records, fixtures, source
  manifests, project state, and test evidence.
• release-set.json — digest map binding all three assets and the successful CI run.
• release-signature.json — Ed25519 signature over release-set.json, made by
  the active reporter identity recorded in the X Layer mainnet deployment manifest.

release-signature.json was verified against the exact release-set.json payload
and the active mainnet reporter public key before publication. The Git tag itself
is annotated, not cryptographically signed.

Scope

The release records active X Layer mainnet and testnet deployments and the
repository's retained evidence. It does not claim third-party adoption,
independent audit completion, Builder Code attribution, or submission of any
hackathon form.
