• Let deep railmux ssh history pages tolerate a small number of changing
  agent status rows while retaining strict pane, geometry, generation, and
  unique-anchor checks against unrelated or ambiguous content.

Fixed

• Retry a deep history page on a later upward wheel gesture when its response
  was lost under display backpressure, while rejecting any late response from
  the expired request.
• Invalidate stale agent history routes immediately when keyboard navigation
  in the Railmux sidebar or the default tmux prefix can switch the displayed
  session, without adding work to ordinary agent input or terminal focus
  reports.
• Forward vertical and horizontal wheel events on the compact status row
  without cancelling frozen agent history viewports; genuine status-row
  clicks continue to change pages normally.
