• Keep failed persistent Claude history choices from replacing the active
  runtime override, replay the original wheel only for native history, and
  suppress the redundant raw protocol-mismatch error after version handling.
• Isolate teardown tests from the developer's real tmux server and remove
  temporary implementation details from website and context-menu assertions.
• Install declared runtime and SSH-extra dependencies inside the wheel-smoke
  prefix, so the final publish gate validates railmux ssh without relying on
  packages inherited from an earlier test job.
