Chat and React version 0.1.0 release

This is the first release after the project has been finished. Chat and React became a modern distributed chat system implementing a hub-and-spoke architecture, where multiple specialized chat channels can connect to a central hub. It also boasts a front-end web interface built on React and TypeScript. The system currently has one channel, which is a privacy discussion channel with an AI-powered Privacy Advisor bot, demonstrating how specialized channels can provide unique functionalities in a distributed environment.

Some features of The Privacy Advisory Channel:

• Privacy-focused chat channel + welcome message
• Total number of messages limiter (50 messages)
• Context-aware privacy advisor bot, gives privacy advice based on discussion topics
• Profanity filtering

Some features of the web client:

• Built with React, TypeScript, Vite and Bootstrap
• Real-time message updates (every 60 seconds) + manual fetch button
• Automatically refreshes channels (every 60 seconds)
• Dark/Light theme support
• Channel search functionality
• Special styling for bot and system messages (part of the 'extra' message functionality)
• Markdown message formatting
• Multi-line message support with Shift+Enter
• Session-persistent username field
