Gateway alignment (#15)

  • Errors now name the cause: INVALID_TOKEN, SCOPE_DENIED, MALFORMED_PATH, RATE_LIMITED (with the Retry-After wait) or UPSTREAM_UNAVAILABLE. Before, every 403 was reported as "Authentication failed". Each error also shows the gateway's request ID for support tickets.
  • Breaking for anyone relying on the old docs: there is no anonymous mode. The Telique API requires a key (free accounts get one), unless the caller's IP is allowlisted.
  • Setup accepts valid keys that are missing a scope or are rate-limited. telique_status reports reachability correctly without spending a request.
  • LERG: table_name, fields and query are validated, and filter values are percent-encoded. Tables 10 and up use their live names (lerg10, lerg11, lerg12, lerg12_ins, lerg16, lerg17); lerg_12 and similar returned 404.
  • OpenAPI: literal /v1/cic/… and /v1/cicror/… paths, and the gateway error responses are documented.
  • TELIQUE_API_BASE_URL keeps any path prefix.
