Change the launch shortcut — set the slideshow's keyboard shortcut from the extension's settings: on Firefox, click the box and press a new combination (reset restores the default); on Chrome, a button opens the browser's shortcuts page. Alt+Shift+S stays the default.
Vote arrow on the title — the arrow at the head of the title now shows your current vote: orange for an upvote, blue for a downvote — and it stays put as you move through a gallery's images.
Tidier byline — the source and resolution (domain • W×H) sit on their own line under the author/subreddit, and the title & byline text is lighter and easier to read over bright images.
Deeper rewind — back-navigation now retains up to 2,000 slides (was 50), so you can rewind deep into a long session.
Resolution-aware pan & zoom — the push-in scale adapts to each image's resolution instead of using one fixed zoom.
Faster duplicate detection — re-upload detection now hashes Reddit's small preview instead of downloading the full image, and proxied clips decode through the browser's native decoder.

Video fill — clips now scale to their own shape instead of stretching edge-to-edge, so the dark backdrop around them is clickable to close again and the on-screen player controls no longer span the whole window.
The jump list stays open — the list you open from the position counter no longer closes mid-browse: it stays open while your pointer rests anywhere on it, including on the counter itself.
The download button's tooltip now shows its keyboard shortcut (D), like the rest of the controls.
Hardening: the media proxy re-validates the final URL after redirects, and the keys that write to your Reddit account (vote, block, friend) respond only to real key presses — page scripts can't trigger them.
