This release makes Layout Lock much lighter for gaming and live setups.

Changes:

• Layout Lock now watches managed windows and only runs full restore work when a saved window actually moves, minimizes, hides, changes visibility, or disappears.
• The lock interval floor is now 2 seconds, with a longer pause while a fullscreen non-profile app is foreground.
• Frontend dependency audit is clean, and the Windows release workflow now runs npm ci, TypeScript, npm audit, Rust format/check/test/clippy, and the Windows bundle build.
• Added tests for managed-window signatures and lock change detection.

Measured on the installed app on this PC:

• Before: 2.4% average CPU over 30 seconds on v0.1.17.
• After: 0.533% average CPU over 30 seconds on v0.1.18.
• Reduction: 77.8% average CPU.

• Migrated old configs from strict monitor-missing behavior to nearest-match fallback.
