  • Quota-Based Load Balancing: New account selection strategy that automatically selects the account with the most remaining quota
    • Falls back to round-robin if no quota data is available
    • Works with cached usage data from the batch usage query

i18n

  • Added translations for the new quota strategy (English/Chinese)
