MetroVerse 0.5.2 is the current stable release. It improves settings defaults and support links, and fixes artist artwork without regressing playlist covers.

Highlights

• Restored square CDN crops for artist artwork so Library and Search render circular avatars without horizontal stretching or clipping. The ggpht, ytimg, and aspect-ratio fixes used by playlist and other YouTube artwork remain intact.
• Moved the permanent Changelog entry from Settings into Updater and removed the explanatory subtitle from the Settings Updater entry.
• AI lyrics translation now defaults to the current effective app language when no target language has been saved.
• Romanization defaults the current app language to off when it maps to a supported script. Existing selections are preserved.
• Moved KuGou to the end of the default lyrics provider priority. Existing custom provider orders are preserved.

MetroVerse 0.4.0 is a pre-release that improves podcast and Library behavior and adds user-controlled, verified updates from GitHub Releases.

• Keeps Podcast and Storage content clear of the mini player.
• Renames RSS podcast actions to Add to library / Remove from library and aligns mini-player icons.
• Restores artwork and counts for Liked, Offline, and Uploaded Library collections.
