v1.1: Add files via upload

Added quality of life changes. Now the loading bar shows the simulation step and then the graphical updates being done to the GUI. Also, the message bar now holds previous messages and can be cleared by: right click >> Clear
The container is automatically created for the stl file imported, and won't show the warning message anymore.
