Added the surface to volume ratio as an output in the mesh generation process. Useful for evaluating the eventual heat transfer, but also to evaluate mesh quality. For example if for a sphere your surface to volume ratio differs to the 3 over radious expected, then the mesh would benefit from additional refinement.
