FEMCE

FEMCE mesh generation got a major update. The default mesh generation is now much more robust and useful.
Importing models is now also much better. FEMCE can now create a container for spherical and cylindrical geometries, where before, the container had to be placed manually by the user.

Issues fixed:
. Keeping the default values of mesh generation yields a mesh that is too rough
. Often a user wants local refinement on the entire refrigerant, not just in one specific surface, and placing every surface ID in the surface list is tedious
. Users had to create the container manually if their stl model was cylindrical or spherical.
. Users had to place the position of the model manually if the stl was cylindrical or spherical.

Solutions implemented:
. The default mesh parameters now provide a very refined and efficient mesh (generally).
. If the surface ID list is kept all zeros, FEMCE assumes the user wants local refinement on every surface of the refrigerant. Users can still set a single surface to be refined instead.
. FEMCE now creates containers automatically, for any type of stl model.
. FEMCE can now center spherical and cylindrical geometries automatically.
