  • Retrieval — BM25 hybrid ranking (field-weighted BM25F + corpus IDF, lexical×vector RRF fusion), Personalized PageRank expansion, query-intent routing (symbol / module-overview / impact), single-file flood guard, optional embedding rerank, refill cost ladder (lexical → vector → file)
  • Indexing — parallel full-rebuild pipeline (1.71× measured, byte-identical output, graphPolicy.parallelIndex), recursive L2 module summaries (RAPTOR-lite), PHP / C# / Scala tree-sitter indexers (13 languages), SCIP ingestion (graphflow scip <file.scip> — precise def/ref edges, zero-dep protobuf reader)

  • Ops — CJK query-translate auto-retry (economy tier, one rebuild; host bridge only without an LLM)

npm tarball note: the @roarpeng/graphflow@2.3.0 npm publish is pending — npm's 2FA-restriction rollout is challenging headless trusted-publishing PUTs for this account (publish reaches provenance signing, then the registry demands an interactive 2FA challenge). Everything else shipped: VS Code extension, VSIX, CI artifacts, this release.

Install

Download graphflow-2.3.0.vsix → Extensions → Install from VSIX → reload.
After a complex graphflow_plan, open GraphFlow: Workbench Tree (collapsed by default) or chat /tree.
