This PR rename
filter.isAllowedinterface method asfilter.IsAllowedso it is exposed as a public method. This allows filters to be defined and used in packages outside ofvibrant.Additionally, this PR adds
go.modfile. It also explicitly excludes thevendordirectory from version control. Personally I like versioning things but that seems it should be your choice.
