YNM 1.2.0 adds a canonical Analysis → Iteration → Delivery invocation lifecycle.

Highlights:

  • explicit Review Plans with requested and effective scope
  • information-gain iteration and scoped reanalysis
  • mandatory Delivery on converged, partial, blocked, bounded, and escalated paths
  • backward-compatible lifecycle-aware Run Receipts
  • project integration and public packaging from YNM 1.1.0
  • 27 passing unit tests and 78 adversarial scenarios

Known limitation: YNM-VAL-001 remains MAYBE because no independent third-party implementation has yet exchanged compatible records. Public availability enables that evaluation but does not satisfy it.
