RobStride上位机更新/RobStride Motor Tool update

可在Linux上执行，增加了英文版。
操作步骤：
1. chmod +x motor_tool.AppImage
2. ./ motor_tool.AppImage

Can be executed on Linux, the English version has been added.
Steps:
1. chmod x motor_tool.AppImage
2. ./motor_tool.AppImage
