Fixes invalid JSON bug preventing data flow to Grafana.

Changes:

  • Fixed JSON payload when rate_cm_30min is NaN
  • Now outputs proper null value instead of invalid 'nan' literal
  • Resolves Telegraf JSON parsing errors that blocked data pipeline
  • Grafana dashboards should now receive live data
