This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app.

The application demonstrates a dual‑layer emergency department triage system:

  • Patient Intake Layer – 12‑question kiosk/mobile survey with instant AI severity scoring and red‑flag detection.
  • Nurse Review Layer – a remote 12‑question clinical review interface that computes a nurse score, allows override/ escalation, and records confidence.
  • Allocation Layer – combines AI and nurse scores with weighted formula to produce a final priority, provides dynamic waitlist ordering, and feeds a doctor dashboard with compact triage cards.

Getting Started

First, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the page by modifying app/page.js. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

This project uses next/font to automatically optimize and load Geist, a new font family for Vercel.
