AI Guidance / Policy

It might be prudent to add an AI Guidance document. I think it can be pretty short. I'd like to suggest the following:

1. AI usage to create interactive and graphic versions of text is encouraged to help readability
2. AI usage to draft text and prose is discouraged. We don't readers to feel like authors didn't want to invest the time.
3. AI usage for language translation is encouraged.

Pull requests should disclose what aspects of the documentation were written or assisted by AI.
