Pitch Shifting

The tuner now uses Stephan M. Bernsee’s smbPitchShift algorithm under the Wide Open License.

This replaces the earlier experimental shifter and removes the clicking artifacts seen during testing. Shifted tones may still have subtle processing character depending on the amount of pitch shift.

• Requires RS_ASIO
• Tested with single-player and multiplayer ASIO input
• Includes THIRD_PARTY-NOTICES.txt for third-party licensing details
