Context

The upload-and-wait experience of the 30-minute flow.

Deliverables

• Upload UI (drag-drop + picker) for image sets and video; fps parameter for video with
  original-fps display from the probe; target batch selection/creation.
• Progress view polling the IngestJob (processed/total, state, per-file errors on
  failure).

Acceptance criteria

• Component tests with mocked client for success and failure paths
• Errors from the structured ingest report render per file

Note for pickup (2026-07-31 roadmap audit): the per-file error report renders IngestFailureOut.name, and for a directory ingest that field carries the full server-side path, not the basename — found in #35 and deliberately left as-is (recorded in PR #107's body) because it already travels the wire identically on all three surfaces. This screen is the first thing that puts it in front of a person. Either render defensively (basename at the edge) or settle the kernel inconsistency first — decide at pickup rather than inheriting it by accident. (For uploads staged through the browser the name is the staged filename, so the wart shows mainly on sources registered by path from the CLI/MCP side.)
