Exathread 1.1.1

Warning

This version of Exathread is now deprecated.

While integrating Exathread into my engine, I discovered that you couldn't submit lambdas due to function typing issues. This has now been resolved with this bugfix release.

An upgrade from 1.0.0 or 1.1.0 is highly recommended.
