Fix
Shipping plugins that emit rate IDs without the instance suffix (EABI Omniva, Smartpost) were not being matched against the configured rules, so fields were never hidden for those methods. Local Pickup and other standard zone-based methods were unaffected.
Both the PHP server-side validation and the JS field toggling now fall back to matching by method ID alone when no exact rate ID match is found.
