BetterDailyQuest 0.0.8 Beta

BetterDailyQuest 0.0.8 Beta improves the fresh-install experience with a compact three-cadence quest showcase.

Added

• Ten daily, ten weekly, and ten monthly example quests.
• Recurring weekly and monthly groups alongside the daily group.
• Safe message-only rewards and examples covering core block, crafting, cooking, combat, fishing, animal, enchantment, and projectile tasks.

Changed

• The default Quest Board now presents five daily, three weekly, and one monthly assignment in a restrained three-group layout.
• Fresh-install smoke tests now require all thirty bundled quests to load successfully.

Upgrade behavior

• Existing config, group, and quest files are preserved.
• The new sample groups and quests are generated only for fresh installations.

Verification

• Unit and default-resource contract tests.
• Fresh-install startup and clean shutdown on Paper 1.8.8 build 445 with Java 17.
• Fresh-install startup and clean shutdown on Paper 26.1.2 build 74 with Java 25.
