Handle driver ctor exceptions gracefully #19
Description
As a scientio API user, I would be happy if my Application wouldn't crash when the Neo4jDriver throws an exception. I would much prefer an error message, that allows my application to terminate gracefully, or continue operations with an "inactive", driver-less session.
