Issue session cookie with session ID on authentication

Configure SessionCookie in DI
Modify IdentityServerAuthenticationService to issue cookies on login.

Create SessionInfo object & Stores
Use Duende compatible Schema

Session cookie options: Samesite = none, Secure, HttpOnly = false

Provide configuration options for DisplayName against stored session.

Injectable service(s) to provide additional properties to store against session.
