feat: enhance expression evaluation error logging with workflow context

- Add workflow_id, session_id, action_id to error logs
- Include mapper configuration in error output
- Show available context to help debug missing fields
- Makes it easier to identify issues like referencing a1.output.contact when using schedule triggers
