🔧 Core Upgrades

• Upgraded the underlying engine from Lua 5.1 to Lua 5.4.2.
• Cleaned up all legacy C-extensions (clibs) that were fundamentally incompatible with the 5.4 architecture.
• Adapted and modernized the Inno Setup build scripts.

⚠️ Note on "Lite" Edition

To ensure system stability, this release ships as a "Lite" core-only edition. It includes the Lua 5.4 binary, standard libraries, and the SciTE editor. The sprawling ecosystem of third-party libraries (e.g., LuaSocket, LuaFileSystem) from the 2015 era have been temporarily removed until they can be individually re-compiled or updated for 5.4.
