• Adds current default model choices for supported providers without changing anyone’s saved selection.
• Preserves saved and legacy custom model IDs, including when GitHub Copilot’s available-model refresh changes or fails.
• Adds privacy and data-handling disclosures plus model-selection regression tests.
• Resolves the remaining blocking Obsidian automated-review warnings.
