Harvest Moon v0.8.0-beta — setup packs

These packs do not contain the game. Each holds a setup program, the
recompiler and the source; on first run it takes your own copy of
rom.sfc (SHA-256 73a3aa87ddd5ce5df5ba51292316f42b6e128280179b0a1b11b4dcddc17d4163), recompiles it locally, and builds
the playable game. No ROM data is included or downloaded.

The portable build tools (cmake-clang-v1) are embedded in every pack.
