Release v0.2.0

This is a BREAKING CHANGE!

• Most of the functions have been renamed so they will be more in line with the related unicode blocks 'Hebrew' and 'Alphabetic Presentation Form'.
• A number of functions have been added so that also subdivisions can be checked.
  For example the point type is now also subdivided into: vowels, semi-vowels and reading signs
  This now results in four functions:
  • is_point() (inlcudes all functions mentioned below)
  • is_point_vowel()
  • is_point_semi_vowel()
  • is_point_reading_sign()
• Added new test functions.
• Updated doc tests
• Updated README.md
