Move logging-related code into src/logging/ module gated behind
the log feature. Move error code into src/errors/ module.
When the log feature is disabled, only the Error type is available.
When enabled (default), full logging functionality with Logger,
LoggerBuilder, Verbosity, TimeFormat, and Colors is available.
