MacBreathe 0.1.0

First release: a calm breathing orb, 18 explained techniques, gentle recorded sounds, menu bar panel and a big focus window.

Install

1. Download MacBreathe-0.1.0.zip below and unzip it.
2. Move MacBreathe.app to Applications and open it.
3. The app is not notarized by Apple, so macOS blocks the first launch. Open System Settings ›
   Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway next to MacBreathe. Or in Terminal:
   xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/MacBreathe.app

macOS 15 or later, Apple silicon and Intel.
