Improved Version

This version now has been optimized by:

1. Removing the need to send notification 7 and 3 days prior;
2. Adding a paginator to validate all of the resources with the tag to terminate;
3. Including Lambda Environment variables to hide information that changes based on the env;
4. Working a little bit more with the AWS Config verification, although not 100% completed.

First version

This version of the terminate routine works but it is not optimized, lacking the use of resource pagination and having a faulty verification of deletion using the AWS Config API, that has yet to be fully developed.
