Dwnload the netinstall iso for 64 bit or 32 bit and create a usb installation media (there are a lot of tools for this, ventoy for example).

Boot your pc from the pendrive and select the second option (Install)

Installation is pretty straightforward. Just select the default options till the "Software selection" screen. Uncheck every option (with spacebar) and accept.

After finishing the installation, reboot and you'll get this screen
