• Chat stick-to-bottom: stream follow while pinned; user attachment strip layout; never auto-end turns on soft stall alone.
• Media: normalize local media paths and soft-fail missing files; render ChatCut S3 protocol-relative thumbs and skip placeholders.
• Embedded browser: stabilize native webview bounds; clean settings spacing CSS.
• Extensions polish: dedupe plugin / ChatCut·codex cards; flush logo tiles without padding; serve plugin logos via media HTTP with ~/.grok allowlist.
• CI baselines: restore cargo fmt + file-size gates (worktree path tests extract; Project Inspect normalizer move) so quality checks stay green with the tunnel fix.
