macOS Apple Silicon（M 系列）	GrokAccountManager-macos-arm64.dmg	双击挂载 → 把 GrokAccountManager.app（显示名：Grok 账号管理）拖到 Applications；首次打开若报"已损坏"，终端跑 xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/GrokAccountManager.app 后重试
macOS Intel / AMD64	GrokAccountManager-macos-x64.dmg	同上；Intel 芯片 Mac 请下此包（不要用 arm64）
Windows	GrokAccountManager-Setup.exe	双击安装（无需管理员），会自动创建开始菜单/桌面快捷方式，可从"控制面板→程序"卸载

• 数据目录：~/.grok_dashboard/（首次启动自动创建）
• Windows 需系统预装 WebView2 Runtime（Win10/11 一般已内置）
• 绑卡 / 一键浏览器登录依赖本机 Chrome，其余纯 HTTP 功能不受影响
