PRISM v2.9.1
PRISM v2.9.1 — framework consistency PATCH. Editorial / reference / label / count fixes on top of v2.9.0. No behavior change, no capability added or removed; lint_catalog_version stays 3.
What changed
- Mobile-guide rename completed (
E.5→MO-5). §17 subsectionsE.1–E.4are nowMO-1–MO-4(they previously collided by label with Appendix E), and the stale(E.N)operator-hint references in §3.1 / §13 now point atMO-N. - Cross-references corrected. The §4.9
M4cross-ref now resolves to M4's anchor (was pointing at M5's); two external design-document citations — §1.3 roadmap adjacencies and §8 parked design ideas — are restored toDD.§9andDD.§13.3. - Named-reference hardening. Discrete anchors minted for Standing Principles SP-2 / SP-3 / SP-9; the dual
§{…}namespace-resolution contract is now documented in the citation conventions; theprobe.*mis-wrap on theP2.1convergence-round label is dropped. - M2 (Version Drift) clarified — operator-ratified. A Master carrying a framework stamp older than the running session is explicitly not drift: by PRISM's SemVer contract the running framework is a behavior-preserving superset, so orchestration proceeds (no halt). Document-only; the reverse case (a newer framework stamp) stays out of scope.
- Counts & self-naming. SP-15's stated corollary count corrected (two → four); residual
v2.0self-naming in the scope/overview prose updated tov2.9.1.
The plugins/prism Skill is the deterministic projection of PRISM.md and has been re-projected to match.
Provenance & gates
Resolves the clear-defect consistency findings from the framework's rev1 efficiency/adherence audit. Gates green: named-reference linter (0 errors), cross-file linter (Skill archive), lens-version match (0.12).
