What changed

Bump Roomote from 0.32.1 to 0.33.0 and publish the audited changelog for the next minor release.

Minor changes

• Start Roomote from existing Slack, Discord, and Microsoft Teams conversations with an administrator-configured emoji reaction.
• Add Resend as a deployment-wide integration with safe inspection-oriented defaults and explicit controls for sensitive actions.
• Add deployment-specific account-linking guidance across chat, source control, and sign-in surfaces.

Patch changes

• Keep Amazon Bedrock Mantle models visible after settings reload and group native and Mantle entries under one Amazon Bedrock section.
• Make routine Discord release announcements shorter and suppress link-preview cards.
• Prioritize automations in onboarding and link the Automations page to practical Cookbook recipes.

Why this change was made

This release packages the user-facing and operator-facing changes merged since v0.32.1 into the next product version. Internal telemetry, docs-only work, and behavior-preserving refactors were audited but intentionally omitted from the changelog.

Impact

Squash-merging this PR cuts Roomote 0.33.0 and automatically opens the frozen Promote v0.33.0 to production PR against main.

Validated with the release-script test suite, repository lint, full type checking, and the pre-push checks.
